While the comp pick formula is confidential - there are websites which try to predict / project the comp picks with some success.

As to whether the Colts will receive a comp pick for Okereke - it depends on what other moves the Colts make - how many more free agents leave, how many free agents the Colts sign.

As long as it isn’t offset by other signings, yes it should. Hard to tell right now though. I’m curious how they balance signings at different positions. Gay got top dollar at his position but significantly less than Okereke. I’d think that still nets a pic.
