In a TE heavy offense? I expect 4 TEs, with Travis as the 4th TE (watch the Eagles offense, all of their TEs are flex guys).

Elsewhere, I think 4 RBs will be too many, and they'll use that spot to keep Bond. Also, 10 DL seems like a lot, but I don't really see a 7th LB worth using that spot on. Maybe George?

One of those RBs is really a receiver, but I agree that 13 RBs/WRs/TEs is one too many.

I don’t like TJ Green taking up a roster spot. Sharknado Thomas should be able to displace him depth wise.
