On the bright side: Quincy Wilson and Mike Person have looked really good of late. Definitely keepers.

How dumb is it that Irsay let Pagano stay to coach for his life in 2017 and paired him with a GM who didn't really care about 2017 at all? Worst of both worlds for everyone involved.

This team has no identity, no discernible qualities, and nothing they try to focus on. They just play a bland, predictable game, every game.
