Dude NEVER ever ever takes off the headphones. Most of the time he's not even surrounded by players, enmeshed in the guys gravitating to the LOS as it moves- it literally is like he is out there all by himself in a little bubble. Not once when I looked down did I see him go discuss something with someone one on one, never saw him drift from the sideline to converse with a personnel group, absolutely NOTHING. How many times has the camera been focused on BB literally IN the huddle with dudes on the sideline, headset off, walking the walk with them, COACHING THEM!
Frank Reich is not a real head coach. He just is not!

He's not a leader of men. He has no business being an NFL football coach. Burying your head in the play sheet and trying to figure out how you can scheme the next play is neglect.
I hate to take it this extreme, but this is Dowhower and Infante all over again.
