Ya know what sucks, I completely agree with this statement:

What really sucks about it, is the fact that it's even plausible. I think it says a monumental amount relative to the general perception of this team that this is something that you can read / hear, and think, "yeah, sadly, sounds ludicrous but with this regime, I could see it".

That IS the perception I have of this team's leadership. Get beat 8 times off the left edge, give up four sacks in a game, get beat over the middle 3 times in a game, throw 4 picks... "Hey, Jim, so and so had some bad plays but man that guy busted his ass out there all game, he was a warrior, we gotta ride with him and let him turn it around, I've been watching him in practice, he is a good guy, he works hard, let's let him keep working to see if he can turn it around".

"Hey Jim, I know you are wondering why Jelani was out of the lineup so much today, but he was texting when he wasn't supposed to, Jim we gotta have accountability and commitment to the team so I had to sit him to send the right message that we can't have that type of cavalier stuff happening. So, we'll keep an eye on him, has potential but right now, we've gotta teach him some discipline even if it hurts the team in the short term".

Sadly that is EXACTLY how I could see Frank running this squad---- WHICH SUCKS!!!
