With the generated dead money from the cuts combined with their expected spending on spots 52/53, PS and churn, it appears that JAX is sitting on about $23m that can be used to sign new free agents. That gets Foles signed but does not provide the cap space to sign any of their outgoing FAs to include: DT Malik Jackson TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins T.J. Yeldon FS Tashaun Gipson WR Donte Moncrief RT Jermey Parnell They can probably RFA tag their starting LG in Chris Reed, however, if they want. The beginning of the end for this ear of JAX Jaguars. Walk Worthy,
