Reason for optimism ........ Continuity. This is the first time since the 2013 season that the only thing the Colts have to worry about is continuing to improve. General manager Chris Ballard and head coach Frank Reich are still joined at the hip. The entire starting offensive line is under contract. Quarterback Andrew Luck should build off his stellar season after missing the 2017 season.
