Dude needs to step up after this fucking game, regardless of the outcome. Announce a press conference at the team QC upon return. He needs to step to the mic and succinctly state the Colts have parted ways with Chuck Pagano and the entire team of trainers and medical staff effective immediately. So and so is the interim coach, so and so will head the medical team, and anyone that has any issues from this point forward can address their concerns with Ballard and anyone that doesn't want to be here is free to seek their release as it will be immediately granted- anyone. He has to try to get this team back together ASAP and that means getting rid of all disruption and without question Chuck and the training staff are absolutely that!

In name, sure. But Irsay just does whatever, Ballard can't do whatever, coaches can just make decisions willy-nilly. It's a fucking mess and there is no empowered adult running this show.
