Also... finding out if Bradley and Ventrone are staying or not will go a long way explaining what the Colts feel they're missing.
Hypothetically if they stay, what's different about last season?... You'd have the same DEF system, same ST system, and a play-calling (maybe) HC that comes from the same Pederson-Reich-Sirianni umbrella. So the only big difference that would seem to jump out is the demeanor and energy of a young HC.
