No one is worried about how Irsay spends him money. The concern is that if the unguaranteed portion of Ryan's salary goes to him then that $17M becomes a complete waste of 8% of next year's salary cap. I think we'd all like to see if put to better use like fixing the OL or adding some pass rush.
Again, they will move money around, its monopoly money. Its not a hard cap.
