I hate to say this, but Hynes would thrive in a Bill Belichick offense ...... he draws and screens all day, baby.

BTW ...... Jonathan Taylor has sucked in pass protection all year. He makes me so much miss Edgerrin James ...... or even Joseph Addai.

I would presume that it's either the offensive coordinator, or the head coach.

And if it is the offensive coordinator calling the plays, shouldn't he be the one that gets criticized in the game threads, as opposed to Reich ???

I'm sure that Reich makes all of the decisions as to whether or not to go for it on 4th down, but I was under the impression that if a quarterback does not call his own plays, the offensive coordinator does.
