Putting together a good team to evaluate talent seems to be one of Ballards talents. Might work in our favor to keep those picks.

It just means there will be less data to make evaluations from and probably more mistakes made when drafting. The players that will suffer the most are the small school players. Will be more UDFA surprises I am sure.
