It's complete bullshit that congress cant work together... Obama care has things that people like and things that are broken. Republicans and democrats need to work together to fix it. Instead they are measuring their dicks.
So the presidency is a shit show and only those with highly developed denial instincts disagree. God forbid that congress might step up to keep that fucker in check...
