As recently as May 31, very few third round draft picks had signed (in fact, 26 remained unsigned on May 31).

A little less than half of those 26 signed contracts this past week.....so I would expect the negotiations to finish up soon.

Still better than the old days when the negotiations would drag into camp and beyond sometimes.
