Colts Coaching Staff changes

Anarumo has named his LB coach - he brought along his LB coach from Cincinnati.

James Bettcher is a native Hoosier and his first NFL job was through the Colts organization back in 2012. Bettcher also has some DC experience with the Cardinals and the Giants.

James Bettcher has been hired as the Colts LBs coach, a source confirms to The Athletic.

Bettcher joins new Indy DC Lou Anarumo after spending the last three years with Anarumo with the Bengals.

Bettcher was also the Colts OLBs coach in 2012.

New Colts LBs coach James Bettcher is a Lakeville, IN native.

He graduated from Lakeville HS and the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne.

Bettcher also coached at Saint Francis (2004-05) and Ball State (2010).
