I don't understand why defensive backs grab a receiver's jersey lightly ...... unless you really get hold of the jersey and give it a very hard tug, it's not going to affect the receiver's physical momentum. I don't think that that was pass interference, but I think that it was foolish to lightly tug on the receiver's jersey like he did. o
