The guy went 17-17 over the past two years with a Minshew, Richardson, Flacco poo poo platter at quarterback. We saw what he can do with a competent quarterback early this season. |

You don’t fire a coach because he can’t win with a 4th string Quarterback or a 44 year old future Hall Of Famer who hasn’t played a down in 5 years.
