The Bengals initial asking price was way more compensation than that - they were originally asking for a 1st Round Draft Pick + another draft pick or player.
Which tells me that the Bengals aren't really interested in trading him right now. Cincinnati is still negotiating with his agent trying to work out an extension and for him to stay there. Maybe something will change if their contract talks reach an impasse.
