As for your other statement, I don't trust the general consensus on QB evaluations. I think Stroud and possibly Young have the potential to be top 5 QBs in the NFL.
If the Colts are at 4 with Stroud, Young, and another player off the board, but Will Anderson on the board, I think it makes sense to draft him. He's got an incredibly high floor and ceiling.
Past performance is the best indicator of future results. That's not to say a player can't improve, but why would you bake improvement into their evaluation? You can't guarantee it. Learning a new skillset at a higher level of competition is an incredibly difficult thing to do. Projection is done to determine a player's ceiling. There's a floor, too. Anthony Richardson as is fails out of the league in 2 years. Will Levis as is fails out of the league in 2 years. Bryce Young as is is likely a top 25 starter in the NFL. CJ Stroud as is is likely a top 20 starter in the NFL.

WTF are Young and Stroud top 5 QB's in the NFL or top 20 to 25 QB's. You have really contradicted yourself here.
