Wide receiver, left tackle, cornerback, and tight end are all significantly worse than they were last year. And Ballard has done absolutely nothing in any of those areas, except for Facsyon, who is likely only depth.
Quarterback might be vastly better but I’d argue the team as a whole is worse.
