I think as they usually do, Colts are sitting out the first wave for signing free agents. I would rather they do that than overpay. Landon Collins would have been nice to have but not at 14 million a year. Wonder how the Redskins fit everyone under the cap.
Draft well and retain your own players is a good strategy.
