Can we finally go in there and get a win

Can we have a game with no turnovers (I’m looking at you Daniel)

Need big days from Taylor and impactful runs from McGowan today

Another ugly win in football weather

Colts 24

Steelers 17

In my rat's ass of an opinion ......

A wet, muddy field will hurt a mobile QB like Daniel Jones more than it will a hurt a not-so-mobile QB like Aaron Rodgers.

A wet, muddy field will hurt an explosive, all-world running back like Jonathan Taylor.

If the Colts win this game in spite of the playing conditions, that would be rather impressive to me.

It is time for our offensive line to dominate. Win the turnover war and take a few chances downfield please Shane.

Apparently Allen is playing and his twin on the other side that we didn't need, but we really did, is out, advantage us. That said, we still do not have a way to get the ball down the field in chunks and the Steelers know this. However, McCarthy, unlike Tomlin, is not one to just target a weakness to the point of humiliation, so they probably go a lot of soft zone to "fool" us as we prepared for massive blitzing all week. So, because we aren't very smart either, we will probably go in with a game plan of 4 verticals each play to "fool" them- ya know because they don't think we have the guys to even try to get behind them, so we'll show them and destroy these blitzes with go routes.

What a match up of fucking geniuses we will see patrolling the sidelines in a bit, we are blessed, this is the type of HC match up that you lust for, on the level of Walsh vs Ditka (RIH coach), Reid vs Belichick!

Today Sauce will be matched up a bunch on Metcalf. The other AR absolutely sucks these days, but he will be throwing to a wide open DK all game- 12 for 197 and 3 TDs. Late in the game Lou will put CJ Allen in to guard him- Lou's justification- they are basically the same weight, so best approach is to have fresh legs that can match him in weight class- this is what Lou has been saving him for (fucking genius!).

Colts put up 9 points. Steelers put up 27.

Bright side though, next week is Cam Ward, ummmmm the Titans are really well positioned in the Arch sweepstakes- meaning they have the potential to suck bad for at least another 4-5 years before he too is out of football (man he is ass!).

Definitely a concern. While the Steelers are not a blitzing team I still hope to see some screens, something that has been sorely lacking in the game plan.

Play 3 TE's and ram the ball down their tinfoil defense!

I’m very interested in seeing how the Steelers have game planned for us. They don’t blitz a lot, dropping more and playing a lot of man. If they play a four man front, as they typically do, we’ve gotta find a way to dominate with the run.

Of course they’ll probably blitz Jones into oblivion, counting on Steichen being slow to adjust.

2 TE's and 2 RB's might work, also ...... play-action fake the handoff to one RB, and hand it off to the other ...... and occasionally throw in a QB bootleg after a fake hand-off, also.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Statue of Liberty run play, also.
