Supposedly a big reason why Mayo got fired was Mike Vrabel.

Earlier Vrabel let Kraft know that he was interested in the Cheats HC job.

Reportedly Vrabel's Jets visit / interview was for leverage to get Kraft to make a move...to create an opening.
