Rolan was on the Colts last year.

He went back and forth between the practice squad and active roster 2 or 3 times.

But yes, he will probably be cut once the Colts decide on a back-up QB.

I guess we know where Chad Kelly will now end up after his suspension.

Hoyer is going to run the practice team, so a PS QB isn't necessary. I wouldn't rule out them carrying 3 QBs when Kelly is back Week 3.

Doesn’t Kelly have to be signed and on a squad first to serve a two game suspension? I don’t think it just means he has to skip the first two games of the year does it? I thought it means he has to sit of the first two games of his career whenever he comes back.

Kelly is signed as of now. He just doesn't count toward the 53 since he's on the suspension list.

The Colts have to make a decision in 2 weeks as to whether to activate him to the 53 or waive him.
