After mlast week, I’m chary of going out on another limb and hazarding a guess.

Part of the problem is that, in constructing a blueprint for the future, after last year wrapped up, Chris Ballard made two assumptions that haven’t worked out. That he could sign Trey Hendrickson and that CJ Allen would be ready to go to start the season.

He brought in five new starters, and with any luck, we’ll see them begin to gel starting with today’s game.

K9 will bitch slap Lou's worst of all time defensive scheme to start the game. We will start stacking, and then Mahomes will get back on track and look like an MVP candidate again. CJ Allen at halftime is going to use the tunnel system to sneak his way into KC's locker room and will start the 2nd half at LB and have 3 Int's and 4 sacks for his new team and will put Dimes on the IR for the season.

We are going to be the lead story on all the talk shows' "is Mahomes ready to retake his throne, or are the Colts just the worst team in the NFL"?

Early in the week Shane will hold his presser and declare that we wore the wrong socks this week and that starts with him. He has to clean the socks better and next week the accountability is going to be even higher.

I just got back from a race in Albany. I ran 7 seconds faster than last year ...... woo hoo.

Honestly, I hope it is that close.

Panthers gave up 59 last week, only allowed 3 this week in a win.

Bears scored 59 last week, only 3 this week in a loss.

Ravens scored 41 last week, 17 in a loss to the Saints.

Texans dropped 31 last week, 6 points in a loss to the Bengals.

Eagles needed a TD with 9 seconds left to beat the Titans.
