OFFICIAL GAME THREAD: Season On the Line PART II (vs. BILLS, 11/10)
o
The last "Season On the Line" game thread was on September 22nd, when the 0-2 Colts desperately needed a win against the Bears. Now, the 4-5 Colts desperately need a win against the Bills. llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll, BUFFALO BILLS llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll lllllllllllllllllll @ lllllllllllllllllllllllllllltINDIANAPOLIS COLTS o |
The return of AR. Not by choice, but by injury. Late 3rd Qtr and we are already down 24 pts when he enters. We lose by 31. Scoring another whopping 10 points in this one.
The DAMN dam has broken and Gus Bradley is finally terminated on Monday morning. Shane Steichen claims he never knew Gus was running the defense until mid game and when he asked Ballard to finally, after asking him every day for a couple years now and being told that's not his business- finally Steichen demands saying he was no longer going to take no for an answer and demanded to know who is running this awful defense. Chris Ballard takes to the air and declares he never wanted AR or Gus and he would be in favor of Shane being terminated too, advocates he should be given another 5 years to make this team in his mold because he knows how to win, Jim has just not allowed him to build the team he wants. To prove it, in a fit of steroid rage he rips off his shirt and flexes his pecs yelling that he has a better physique than every current player because he works harder at it than they do! This is the sad state of the once proud Indianapolis Colts... |
Not even looking forward to watching them anymore, though I still do.
The Bills are on a roll and are going to kick our asses today. I say 35-20 Buffalo. |

31-13 Buffalo |
It has definitely felt pointless to watch these games. I have no interest in watching joe flacco lead 2-3 FG drives while we lose again. If AR isn't playing then this shit is mediocre and boring.

Hey Jim, there's a message in there and judging by all the comments, that message isn't a few disgruntled fans on a msg board. WE FUCKING WANT ENTERTAINMENT, not the bullshit this admin is serving up right now! |
D- on the title
colts do a little better today and cover the spread. still lose |

If you were my professor in college, I would still get a degree ...... I wouldn't be the Valedictorian like I was at Lehman College, but I would still get a degree. o |
Bills have too much offense.
45 - 10, the WNY team. |
My dream scenario is Flacco starts out shitty the bills get out to a lead the fans get restless and AR comes in like one of his horseshoe predecessors…. Captain comeback….
Colts win a wild one 34-31 AR redeems himself and saves this shitty season I mean a man can dream right? |
o
Sam Darnold is having the best season of his career by far, and the play of the Colts' defense was the only reason why they were still in the game late in the 4th quarter of last week's contest against the Vikings. This week, the Colts' defense has the task of trying to stop/contain one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL (Josh Allen) ...... good luck with that. o |
Playing a NY team, local broadcast for me. No need to go to a sports bar today. It would be nice to see a quality performance by the Colts, but I would be shocked if they pulled it off. Double digit loss feels about right.

Also, last week the Vikings did everything that they could to give the Colts the game, and the Colts wouldn't take it ...... I doubt that the Bills will be so generous. The Colts need to play well to even stay in this game, let alone win it. o |

Michael Pittman and 5 Others Inactive for Colts vs. Bills (By Paul Bretl) https://sports.yahoo.com/michael-pit...163330433.html o |
My wife is in the hospital today (not life threatening or anything, just for diviticulitis and will be discharged this afternoon), so I'll be watching this game later.
So let me get a few of these out of the way now:
Well, at least it was close, again |
Colts shock the world and win 35-34....see my Soda Picks results, they speak for themselves!:D
|
Lol.
|
That was as bad as ANYTHING AR has done.
|
This is such an improvement over AR. Give me more of this entertaining football
|
Nice start....put AR in now!
|
Hahaha! BOOOOoooo
|
This team is toast. May not win another game.
Jesus Tap Dancing Christ. |
o
At season's end, those 7 points will count against the Colts' defense. o |
Great! Now we have a chance to win the Time of Possession.
|
AR should request a trade.
|
o
In that playoff game against the Bills 4 years ago of which the announcers just cited, Philip Rivers was literally untouched ....... not just not unsacked, he was LITERALLY UNTOUCHED by the Bills' defense. o |

Flacco is not the player he was for Cleveland last season....not sure if age caught up with him over the summer, or if he is just a dumbass!
|
Flacco picked again. Boooo
|
AR on the sidelines saying I can do that coach.
|
This is brilliant QB play from Flacco. This is our guy for winning now, trade AR.
|
o
That second-effort by Jonathan Taylor on 4th down averted disaster ...... until Flacco just threw another INT. o |
What a terrible throw! Flacco can't hit the layups.
|
Bahahahahahaaaa!!!!
Steichen, you STUPID MOTHERFUCKER!!!! FUCK YOU!!!! |
Time for AER. Flacco is ass today
|
An absolute football clinic by Ballard and Steichen.
|
Another INT? At my house, I have two other games to watch Bucs/49ers or Chiefs/Broncos. Real football teams.
|
If this game doesn't get better soon I am turning it off, but I suspect the NFL script has AR coming off the bench for a miraculous comeback and win!
