He seems more of a hardass. Accountability probably won't be a problem this time around.

What cap money are you talking about?

I don't think you have looked at the Colts cap situation since they signed Nelson, Leonard, etc to their contract extensions.

Sure, the Colts can create some extra space for 2023 beyond what is shown on the overthecap or spotrac websites right now by jettisoning Matt Ryan's contract - although that will also create a hefty dead cap hit, too.

The most expensive guard and outside linebacker in the league-with absolutely nothing to show for it. I don't blame anyone but nothing to show for close to 40 million in salary is very hard to overcome. I have to believe that will change next year for both of them. Watched this long enough to know great players have bad years (Nelson) and injuries (Leonard) and come back to their old selves the next year. Both are young with an incredible resumes, they can and should return to their old form......with added motivation

I have not.

If we keep Ryan and Prior, it won't matter anyway, I'll skip the Sunday Ticket.

I feel a disturbance in the force, like when Vader felt Kenobi's presence on the Death Star after so many years. But the opposite.

Optimism. It feels foreign but welcome. A weight has been lifted.

Always optimism with a new coach.

The Chicago media dribble about the Colts selling the farm is hysterical. I don’t think any of these QBs warrant a shift with our current position. I also think Irsay was trying to hide who they truly covet with his comment about an Alabama quarterback.

What comment was that?

Also, Bears fans forget that they don't want to fall below 4, which is a key point in negotiations.
