I know I can't change your mind, but I promise my message board persona is absolutely nothing like my "real life" persona.

I'm a happily married father of three with a good job. I use message boards to channel my anxiety during Colts games. Before I got married and had kids, I used to be someone that yelled at the TV. After kid number one, I realized being an "asshole" on a message board to vent my frustrations was better than yelling at the TV in front of my kids.
