We're smack dab in the middle of the league as a defense and the last two weeks sum it up perfectly. One week we play like a top 5 defense and the next week we play like a bottom five defense.

I was worried that Reich would get a delay of game penalty called there, for challenging a play that is unchallengeable (forward progress.)

Apparently the referees did not communicate that forward progress call to Reich, hence no penalty and/or charging of the Colts with a timeout.
