Yeah, I know I overreact. Our defense this year essentially plays 30 minutes of elite defense and 30 minutes of sucky defense. Sometimes, though, I wish the divide wasn't so extreme. It'd be nice if, every few weeks, some of their 30 minutes of elite defense happened in the 1st half.

Of course, if it went that way, I'd still find a reason to complain a freak out.

I hate the Watson ad. He is celebrating a 31% probability catch. I mean, he needs to throw a more catchable ball than that.

The Raiders barely beat the hapless Jets last week, and are being soundly beaten by the Colts in a big game with playoff implications this week.

I've said before that the Raiders seem to be an excellent team ........ when they are playing against the Chiefs.

That's on me. My reputation precedes me. I should've known better to make it clear I was being sarcastic.

What a satisfying win. The only thing that would have been better is seeing sixty five thousand tinfoil and mascara wearin a-holes cry as we blow up the Death Star and their playoff hopes.

The Colts were a blistering 10-for-13 on 3rd-down conversions this afternoon.

“You can tell he 100 percent hates the Raiders", Hankin said. "And I've been telling the guys all week, nothing’s changed because he is on the Colts. We are going to whup on him, just like we did in the 2 games last year.”

Guess that didn’t work out too well for them.

It didn't work out too well for Defensive Coordinator Paul Guenther either. The Raiders fired him after the game.

Paul Guenther came in to the #Raiders with Jon Gruden and served as his right-hand man... while also coaching a young defense. The learning apparently didn’t happen fast enough, as Guenther is now out.

I wonder if they regret trading Mack now.

Done.

Rivers appears to be able to play effectively in spite of the injury ...... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he can continue to do so in the playoff push and the playoffs themselves (should the Colts qualify for the post-season.)

I think Nelson should get some props for playing LT when Costonzo went out.

Hes played LT before. Hes the best athlete on the O line, if they decided to move him out, he would beat the p*ss out of lighter DEs.
