Took the lame way out and picked up a prepared one since I didn’t plan ahead. Tasted it at the store and it was excellent though.

But of course Smitty always steals the show with his blue gill. I believe he came to our house and cooked like 200 filets (might be exagerating) but close. And he stole the show. And he caught them all
