I hate it when they trade down.

To me it just screams that the team doesn't have anyone they want which means they are clueless.

Yeah, I know the Patriots do this all the time but we don't have Belichick making the picks...

Maybe Raiders came to them, and the Colts figured the player they want will still be available at the Raiders pick. Why not pick up another lottery ticket?
