That's the most important thing ...... if he does something extraordinary in addition to playing well, that would be gravy.

More significantly, he needs to play well in almost all of the remaining games of the 2025 season, not just in today's contest vs. the Chargers.

If he doesn’t do something extraordinary today he might not see the field again because Downs and Dulin will return and Colts haven’t missed a beat without Mitchell

That may be correct ...... but doing something extraordinary does not necessarily require scoring a TD, as you originally proposed. And as I stated, there are numerous scenarios in which he can do something extraordinary without necessarily scoring a TD.

No Downs or Dulin today. If Mitchell is going to redeem himself, now's the time.

Narrator: he didn't redeem himself

They will lose because of it!

Gould saw a lot more snaps than Mitchell, although Mitchell did make one very nice hands catch.

Shane is holding AD in his pocket for when we really need it. You'll see.

Or, he is just a whiny little b!tch who will never live up to his playing potential.

Time will tell.

I'm not sure that after his dumb drop 6 inches before the goal line that JT has done anything but kick ass performance. Maybe, if the Colts are lucky, AD will do the same. The man has talent and he made a mistake. I just want to see him work and perform his ass off to make up for it. Calling him a pussy? Pretty tough talk for anyone who has never taken a NFL hit in their life. IMO, anyone who even has a cup of coffee in the NFL is far from being a pussy.

Ironically, going from one of the best teams in the NFL to one of the worst could be a new lease on life for Adonai Mitchell ...... he will likely get much more playing time with the Jets than he would have gotten had he stayed with the Colts.
