Good! Let's get this done and put this awful season behind us.

He could stay healthy.

I just want to hear from the horse's mouth that Bradley and Ventrone are staying with the Colts.

If Shaq is calling out Bradley as one of the coaches who is not calling out players for bad play or lack of effort, then I'm not so sure i want him around.

Colts did prevent him from interviewing for a lateral move to other teams. To me this would say he is staying. Not sure about Bubba. Of course he could clear the entire staff and bring all his own people. I would keep Bradley though. He was getting the max out of these guys until they got worn out at the end of the season.

I’m not thrilled. I really wanted a guy that had some experience being a HC and understood what failure looked like. I’m not looking forward to watching ANOTHER rookie HC go through their growing pains.

I guess everyone needs to start somewhere.

Who? Retreads don't exactly set the world on fire. I wanted Morris because he is older with more experience. Any way we go it is a crap shoot to some degree. Lets just hope we get lucky

I might agree, even though it would be difficult seeing the effectiveness of Bradley's system.

But part of why I'm so anxious to hear officially is because I'm not sure that Leonard was talking about Bradley rather than Reich. He could've been, but it seems a little more awkward as opposed to referencing Reich who is already gone. And that was the rumored knock on Reich in general, patting guys on the butt and telling them it's ok type of stuff.

Also... finding out if Bradley and Ventrone are staying or not will go a long way explaining what the Colts feel they're missing.

Hypothetically if they stay, what's different about last season?...

You'd have the same DEF system, same ST system, and a play-calling (maybe) HC that comes from the same Pederson-Reich-Sirianni umbrella. So the only big difference that would seem to jump out is the demeanor and energy of a young HC.
