I quoted everything that we had been discussing to include the entire conversation.

Learn to use capitalizations and periods, hypocrite.

I know that he that he didn't actually earn the bonus to the letter of the law. The point(s) that I was making had to do with a combination of the extremely severe weather conditions in which the game against the Bills was played, along with the fact that Vinatieri has been by far the greatest Colts kicker ever that has bailed the team out with his right foot on countless occasions throughout his 12 seasons with the team. You have use abstract thinking to understand the suggestion that I was making in regard to Irsay giving him the bonus in spite of his final success ratio being slightly below the required 90%.

Granted that these 2 situations have several significant difference in terms of the actual circumstances.

Comiskey choosing to not give Cicotte his bonus back then was a lot more mean-spirited and underhanded than if Irsay were to choose to do the same and not give Vinatieri his bonus now ........ but the general idea is the same.

You cared enough to quote it.

There is plenty in life that I don't care about, but I generally don't make a point of it to tell others that I don't care.

Irsay gave Edge a million dollar bonus I believe after coming back from his ACL tear even though he just missed his 1000 yard season. He had like 970 yards or something

I remember that as well. Wasn't he only like 3 yards off?

He was 11 yards short. Had 989 yards rushing that year.

15 rushes for 85 yards in the final game.....I think they may have had him out or he missed some carries at the end of the last game? Don't recall why exactly though
