Penalty saves the drive
|
Jones finally made a good throw, about time they gave Warren a pass. Finally the refs give us a break. Not really a foul, but I'll take it.
|
At a boy Taylor. TD Colts.
|
Take a knee and the lead into half.
|
nice coverage by Ward
|
Already in Spencer range

I was mulling over that possibility, but doing that would probably premature and panicky ...... which is the last thing that the Colts need this early in the season. o |
Yup, coach, clean that stuff cleaned up at half time. LOL
This would be a L if Washington wasn't down the 3rd string QB. Let that sink in. |

Jones has already looked better in the Colts' last 2 possessions of the 1st half ...... I hope that it carries over into the 2nd half. o |
Having a good kicker is such a valuable weapon.
Washington is selling out trying to win. If they can adjust and find the weak spot they should start to pull away in this game. |

To me this is where Stiechen is at his worst and needs to improve leaps and bounds if we are ever going to be really competitive with the best teams. He absolutely has sucked at making half time adjustments. I am hoping he is able to change to tenor of this game. Good coaches do it all the time, he never does.Lets start today. Jones isn't outplaying a third string rookie QB either. Jones has exceptional fumbling ability, that never changes but at least he is a complete statue back there.

Maybe ...... I'm not presuming that he will continue to make them as often as he has been throughout the season. Also, the 2nd-string QB is always the most popular guy in the room when the 1st-string QB falters ...... but that doesn't necessarily mean that he'll be better if he replaces him ....... Richardson has not given people any reason to believe that he and his flaws will be better than Daniel Jones and his flaws. o |
We are only ahead because the Redskins have no offense at all, I was afraid this kid from Rutgers would come in and play great, that doesn't seem to be the case. Unless Washington makes some killer adjustments at halftime, there is no excuse for not winning this game!

Dan Quinn talking about the game tonight, so that is why we have the lead. He doesn’t know the game has started.

o
We got a Racehorse (a turnover.) o |
17-6
Didn't think this was going to happen after those first three Colts possessions. |
o
This thread has been getting less posts when the Colts are playing well than when they are playing badly ...... I guess I hope that we don't get a lot of posts from now until the sound of the final gun at the end of the 4th quarter. o |
Nice ST tackle there by Curry

Jonathan Taylor's two rushing touchdowns give him 75 for his career. He just passed Leroy Kelly, Josh Jacobs, Shady McCoy, Zeke Elliot, and Big Earl Campbell. Two more and he will tie for 25th all-time.
Hope he gets them today. |
Stand up defense don’t give them any hope

I have to go meet my girlfriend, so I won't be posting at all ...... I hope that my post about Chromeburn does not wind up looking bad. o |

Just shut up, and watch the game. o |
Well...THAT was unfortunate.

Ok never mind our lockdown corner just got roasted

The more Sauce plays the more convinced I am the Jets fleeced us! Not sure what happened with him from New-York to us, but he is not the same player.

Can we call them the Cincinnati Robcats? |
Sauce was definitely not worth 2 first round picks....worse than anything Grigson ever did!

This is giving me nightmares of Gus Frerotte.

Glad he took the FG there

Need to stop them here, then a heavy dose of JT. I believe he's due to break one.

o
Daniel Jones has been making better decisions since early in the 2nd quarter. I'll see you all after the game. o |
McGowan was wide open on the play action
|
Wow, Sauce is making me remember Trent Richardson
|
Washington is completely selling out going for it all. They need to just stay calm and keep the pressure on. Keep whittling away.
That Butks TD was OPi |
I get the feeling the defense is gonna have to secure this game
