The #Patriots with an interesting move: They are franchise tagging standout OG Joe Thuney. This allows them to keep him… or trade him.

A surprise: the #Vikings have franchise tagged S Anthony Harris, either keeping him in Minnesota or allowing them to trade him. Maybe the top FA safety won’t be free.

Some are starting to report that we are definitely signing Philip Rivers, announcement maybe later today (more likely Wednesday)

#Falcons free agent TE Austin Hooper, the top player at his position, is headed to the #Browns, per @TomPelissero, @MikeSilver and me. They’ve agreed to terms, he’s the new highest-paid TE.

I think the Browns are looking to go back-to-back as NFL offseason champs?

Not that barstool would have inside info, but:

Per Holder: "I have played things very close to the vest when projecting the Colts' QB moves. Most others have as well. There's a reason for that: It is and has been very fluid, and the Colts aren't talking. ":

https://twitter.com/HolderStephen/st...92524672577537

This is the Colts' standard operating procedure. So I'd take any news reports regarding the Colts' claimed interest in a free agent with a healthy grain of salt. I think most of these guys are just guessing like the rest of us.

At what point does Texans head coach BO'B throw Texans GM BO'B under the bus? Or vice versa?

Houston trading Hopkins + a 4th to AZ for David Johnson, a 2nd, and a ‘21 4th. WTF?

That was stupid, but I'm glad because it benefits the Colts.

I'll miss seeing him play because he's great and it's fun to watch great players. But I sure won't miss him in our division and doing great things against us!

Hahaha

Wow, Hopkins and Campbell both leaving the division. Love it.

Should have waited, I bet Arizona would have released him.

They traded arguably the best weapon they have. Arguably the best weapon in the league.

Love it.

Yeah, just when you thought AFC South GMs couldn't be dumber than O'Brien, David Caldwell says "hold my beer".

Good. Hell no to Rivers. Bridgewater, Brissett, or rookie who wins the job.

I'm not against Rivers, but if he wants huge money he's delusional. Out maybe another team can satisfy his delusion.

is anyone else listening to JMV today? He's saying that San Diego talk show host (Dan Zillio ????) is reporting on Twitter that colts have come to terms on a 2 year deal with Rivers. I can't find any confirmation doing a quick google search....God I hope this is bad info. I'm not on Twitter so can't look this guy up but JMV says he included specific numbers.

Update....JMV repeated this with the numbers that this guy (Dan Sileo) is reporting.............2 years 28million. Again, I can't find any other confirmation of this information so at this point I consider it a rumor and not news.

I am.....I don't know how to feel about this.

Lose our 1st round pick to get a proven talent that we turn around and sign to a $21m a year contract. He is a talent, no doubt, but an expensive talent.

In Ballard we trust.

Bill O'Brien is a fucking idiot and so is their owner. Texan fans are fit to be tied, but that's a good thing. Maybe Watson will tell the Texans to release him, he would look great in a Colt's uniform. O'Brien might make that trade.

Titans are trading Casey to Denver for a seventh round pick. The division is getting weaker just as we are getting stronger.
