I don't believe at this point he has the ability to establish/build a culture. He is not personable nor impressive in the way a guy like Dungy was. Pagano was personable, you knew the players liked him.

Steichen looks like an asshole and assholes are only okay when you're winning. I appreciate his sense of urgency after watching Reich's helpless facial expressions but I do not think it resonates with the players.

If Steichen isn't a schematic genius, which he does not appear to be, I'm not sure what the plan is here.

Get rid of him, and every other coach, along with Ballard and Richardson, the Colt's 6'5' 260lb QB who would miss a game if he had a paper cut !!!!

Yep I’m tired of making excuses for that guy too, can’t rely on him.

He can’t pass accurately and gets hurt when he runs. It’s year 2 the age excuse has run it’s course

Irsay, Ballard and Steichen need to face the media, as if it's congressional investigation.

How the fuck is it acceptable to put that garbage on the field?

All excellent takes, I know it won't happen but I would love to see them bring up Bean for this last game, we know what we have with Sam, no point, Flacco had a good game to go out on....let the kid have a shot!

100% agree. At least he will play like his hair is on fire.

We will most likely go with AR again next week, and in the announcement of such, Steichen will alert us that it gives us our best chance to make the playoffs. That's where we are right now...

With tears of pride welling in his eyes and lips trembling with emotion Steichen will announce that he will be resting Sam Ehlinger next week to keep him healthy for the playoffs. Richardson, Flacco, and AD Mitchell will rotate snaps to earn the right to be Ehlinger's backup. He'll close by pumping his fist and yelling "first round bye baby!"

You might as well put 20 more checkboxes on this one.

The tackling from an NFL team today was about as horrible as it gets. Shockingly terrible.

Our tackling was reminiscent of the shooting abilities of Storm troopers. It really was that bad.
